You’re bound to find what you’re looking for in terms of headphones at zZounds.com  The product selection may not be entirely extensive, but it’s pretty good to say the least.  We found brands from Samson, Roland, Behringer, Yamaha, Nady, Vic, AKG, Sennheiser, Tascam, Sony, Audio-Technica, Fostex, Stanton, Direct Sound, M-Audio, Ion Audio, Pioneer, Metrophones, and Ultrasone.  As you can see, some of the brands listed are rarely found at other retailers.  For example, we’ve never seen Vic Firth Kids Isolation Headphones anywhere before.  Nor have we found the drummer’s headphones zZounds carries.  Most retailers carry popular brands like Sennheiser, Samson, AKG, etc. etc.  It’s refreshing when a consumer finds a retailer that offers headphone options that others don’t.  In this respect, we were impressed with zZounds.com.  The prices were also satisfactory, as this retailer offers a good amount of low-priced headphones as well as more expensive models.  The cheapest headphones we found cost only about $13.  But, if you happen to have expensive taste  (and a bigger budget), you can also enjoy shopping at zZounds.com, since they offer some top-of-the-line Sennheiser, M-Audio, and Ultrasone headphones (around $300 each).  You won’t find models here whose prices exceed this range, but the selection is still broad and satisfactory for the common consumer. 

zZounds.com offers free shipping on most headphones.  Another perk, and a very important one for that matter, is that zZounds offers great deals on every product.  There’s almost always a huge price reduction on every set of cans.  For example, the AKG K55 is listed for $59.95, but zZounds.com sells them for only $29.95.  That’s a savings of 50%!  The Audio Technica ATHM30 is originally retailed at $119, but you can purchase them for 49% less at zZounds.com.  You can save anywhere between 15% and 60% on most headphones – that’s awesome.
