Offers a solid mix of affordable portable and high-end in-ear monitors and full size headphones. Easy site to navigate and shop at. Good selection of headphone accessories and cables. Responsive customer service.
Limited number of headphone brands. Prices are not discounted. Headphone amplifier selection is limited. Better known for its turntable/tonearm/cartridge expertise.
An above average place to shop for headphones if looking for Grado or Sennheiser, but the selection is limited and the prices are very close if not exactly MSRP. Better known as a great place to buy a turntable, tonearm, or cartridge than a headphone retailer. Customer service will never steer your wrong.

NeedleDoctor
The Needledoctor is a store that many audiophiles know quite well. If you have ever had a child or pet break a phono stylus, you have probably (after you calmed down) picked up the phone and ordered a replacement stylus or cartridge from these guys. Their selection of phono cartridges, tonearms, and turntable, has to be one of the best in the entire country. When it comes to headphones, they offer a more limited selection from a select group of manufacturers; Grado, Goldring, and Sennheiser. They also carry a limited selection of headphone amplifiers and accessories. The prices are also quite close to MSRP, so do not expect a bargain if shopping here. They do have great customer service and have probably logged more hours with Grado, with the exception of the crazies at Headroom. You are more likely to buy a phono cartridge here, than a pair of headphones, but you never know.
