The Good
Stand solidly behind their products and customer service does know what they are talking about when you ask them. Bose always has their products in stock and they are shipped out right away. Above average products backed by a design team that really believes in what they make.
The Bad
Store is less than objective towards their own products, but when you sell as many pairs as Bose does in a given day, do they even care at this point? Only sell a few headphone models. A lot of marketing over subtance is some cases.
The Verdict
The world's leading manufacturer of loudspeakers sells a lot of headphones through this site and makes it easy for interested customers to do so. They may not be the best headphones on the market, but they outsell their rivals by a rather comfortable margin.

tremendous value in a category where most models are priced and geared more
towards audiophiles. Ideal and popular among business travelers, enthusiasts,
and a growing number of portable digital media player users, Bose is well
positioned to become the headphone brand of choice all around the globe.
The website is fairly well organized, although there is an obvious slant
towards the entire Bose product line-up and the corporate mantra. Categories
are clearly defined and broken-down making it easy to locate specific products.
It took just two clicks to locate the TriPort Around-Ear headphones that we
were looking for. The site does offer ‘Help’, which we tested to gauge response
times and quality of information. Bose believes very strongly in building brand
loyalty, which explains why they invest so much time and money in their
corporate communications and on the site. The “free shipping” is how Bose does
business and always will. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Bose
will make it right. Whether one likes their products or not, one does have to
admire their ability to sell and keep the customer happy. There is a reason why
they sell more headphones than anyone else.
