Sennheiser CX300

Punchy earphones that produce noteworthy mids and highs but fall short in gratifying bass.
The Good

Although the noise isolation on the Sennheiser CX300 is pretty good, the overall sound quality is where the headphones shine. The bass is not over the top but the clarity in the mids and highs make up for that. In order to get a favorable bass response, it is pertinent that you choose the right cushion for your ear. They also stay securely snug inside of the ear canal, despite frequent activity.

The Bad

The cord on the Sennheiser CX300 is asymmetrical, meaning that the length on the earbuds is not even. One side is 53 inches in length while the other is 60 inches. If you don’t mind the wire slack on one side, then it’s forgivable. Also, for the price, it would have been nice if the Sennheiser CX300 came with a couple of convenient amenities such as a storage case.
