Bose Steps Up Customer Service with an Apology
Bose recently announced that it will be launching an upgraded version of the
In-Ear Triports due
to stability issues associated with the product. Additionally, the
company will be providing free upgraded ear tips (that are suppose to
improve the stability of the Triports) and free stability enhancing
accessories such as a neck lanyard and wire clip to anyone who already

It's nice to see that even big companies can fess up to their mistakes and try to make them up to the consumer.
