Noise-Cancelling Headphones

Headphones that reduce ambient noise by creating a signal that reduces the noise at your ear. They do not eliminate noise, but the better models significantly reduce the noise on airplanes. They are somewhat less effective at quieting the background noise on trains and buses. Noise-Cancelling headphones come in all forms, including in-ear and sealed on-ear models.
