Portable Audio players have gone through multiple changes over the past few decades. It all started with the 8-track in the 1970’s which developed into the cassette players which led to the portable compact disc player which ultimately resulted in what we currently play our music on, the digital player. More and more of us are leaving our CDs in a safe place and trading in those bulky portable CD players for the new and very much improved digital audio devices. That said, regardless of which portable audio device you favor, they all require portable speakers, aka headphones, for listening pleasure.
